Call for Participation in the Training on Project Idea Development under the EU Program Creative Europe – Vojvodina 2025

Creative Europe Culture Desk Serbia – Antenna office (Fund for European Affairs and Development of the AP of Vojvodina), in cooperation with colleagues from the Creative Europe Desk Serbia (Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Serbia) and the MEDIA Desk Serbia (Film Center Serbia), is organizing a three-day training dedicated to strengthening capacities for project preparation within the Creative Europe program 2021–2027. The training will take place from October 20-22, 2025 at the Hotel Artist in Subotica.
The training is designed to provide participants with practical knowledge and skills the successful application and implementation of projects in the fields of culture and media. It will place particular focus on modern approaches to international cooperation, strengthening cross-sectoral and interdisciplinary partnerships, as well as developing competencies in budgeting and preparing project proposals in line with the Creative Europe program requirements. Through interactive sessions with lecturers from Serbia, participants will also enhance their understanding of project idea development, sustainability, resource management, and international networking.
Agenda:
- Day One will be dedicated to an overview of the Creative Europe program’s general framework, participant introductions, and initial presentations of project ideas.
- Day Two will focus on developing and refining project ideas through workshops, presentations, and group activities, with an emphasis on methodology, budgeting, partner search, and international collaboration.
- Day Three will focus on planning next steps and reflecting on the outcomes of the training.

Target group:
The training is open to institutions, organizations, and cultural professionals from Serbia interested in applying to the Creative Europe program or improving their skills in international project management. Priority will be given to participants with project ideas who have not applied before and wish to align them with Creative Europe standards.

Applications should be submitted via online form, providing the following information:
- Brief description of the organization,
- Brief description of the project idea,
- List of potential partners.

The organizers of Antenna Desk will cover accommodation expenses and meals for registered participants, while participants are expected to cover their own costs for transportation.
