The participants learned about the opportunities offered by EU programmes with the focus on education. The presentation involved the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Hungary-Serbia and Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Serbia, which were of interest to institutions from West Ba\u010dka District at the moment, with its specificificities and rules of procedures, and which were funded under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance, a special instrument of the European Union used by the countries in the EU accession process.
