The conference \u201cThe importance of visibility of EU project\u201d, organised jointly by the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina and Radio-Television of Vojvodina (RTV), was held on 27 February 2013. The conference was opened by the Provincial Secretary of Interregional Cooperation and Local Self-Government, Branislav Bugarski, after whom the attendees were addressed by Ivana \u0110uri\u0107 of the Serbian European Integration Office. Andrija Aleksi\u0107 talked about the role of the Vojvodina European Office in Brussels and the on-going activities of the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina. Olivera \u0110or\u0111evi\u0107, independent consultant, held a presentation on the importance of visibility of EU projects, whereas dr. sci Hugo A.M. van Hegel of Tara International Consulting d.o.o. Novi Sad on the using of funds for visibility in project management.<\/p>\n

RTV representatives, Rastislav Durman and Slobodan Are\u017eina held presentations on the transformation of projects into media content and RTV capacities in the development of media content in EU projects. Paraskevi Brousta of ICCS, Athens presented examples of good and bad practice in Greece, while Aleksandar \u0106irin presented an example of good practice of Vr\u0161ac Municipality related to the use of EU funds, and so did Robert Fejstamer with an example of good EU project visibility of Kanji\u017ea Municipality.<\/p>\n

The programme \u201cPutem europskih fondova” (By means of European funds) of the Delegation of the EU in Croatia was also broadcasted at the conference and examples of good EU project visibility in the Republic of Croatia were presented. On the basis of priorities of Autonomous Province of Vojvodina regarding the implementation of future projects, the conference was dedicated to the procedures when implementing dissemination activities, with the aim of project visibility, as an indispensable concept of each project implementation process.<\/p>\n
