The certificates were jointly awarded by Predrag Novikov, director of European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina, and Prof. Miroslav Veskovi\u0107, PhD, rector of the University.<\/p>\n<p>On the basis of the Protocol on Cooperation signed between the University of Novi Sad and European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina in November last year within the framework of the Students\u2018 Internship Programme at the Fund in school year 2010\/2011, the interns had a chance to get hands-on experience of the Fund\u2019s activities and could gain insight into the processes of Europeisation and introduction of European standards into our country, with special focus on EU funds, European regional cooperation programmes and design of project proposals to apply for different European funds. Moreover, the interns participated in round tables, seminars and other events organized by the European Affairs Fund. The interns were expected to perform certain tasks within the Fund\u2019s usual scope of activities, 15 hours per week according to set timetable, which they accomplished successfully, according to their mentors employed at the Fund. Furthermore, the interns showed a good level of knowledge and different skills (foreign language knowledge, computer literacy etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Ten interns have successfully finished the internship: Svetlana Pavi\u0107, Angela Sladi\u0107, Sandra Svir\u010devi\u0107, Milovan Rankov, Miljan Radonji\u0107, Ana Mu\u0161kinja, Biljana Bo\u0161njak, Vi\u0161nja Vujadinovi\u0107, Jovana Kovrlija and Ivana \u0110urovi\u0107.
