This project started as a result of a partnership between European Affairs Fund-AP Vojvodina, Independent Trade Unions of Vojvodina and Swedish ABF Foundation. Project, financed through EU means in the context of the civil society programmes is worth over 50.000 euros and it has a goal to introduce the audience with the difficulty of the problem of mobbing and its negative consequece on the health of the employees, their families, business of a company and the society.
