Thus, support was given to culture, whose institutions deserve full attention and a chance to implement their activities in compliance with EU rules and principles. Among those interested in it were the representatives of the town library of Be\u010dej, different culture and art societies of Vojvodina, NGOs and Cultural Education Centre. Such a manner of consultation on potential applicants\u2019 project proposals is only one in a series of steps within the campaign OPEN DOORS, aimed at promoting CBC Programmes, which are an EU instrument for assisting and promoting cross-border cooperation outside EU borders.
