In addition to the transfer of Vojvodina\u2019s experience and good practice in European projects, the representatives of the Office for European Affairs had a chance to present the new Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA) of the European Commission, under which the Cross-border Cooperation (CBC) Programmes are also financed.<\/p>\n<p>Since Dimitrovgrad is in the cross-border area with Bulgaria, the focus was certainly on the Bulgaria-Serbia IPA Cross-Border Programme, whose first call for proposals under IPA regulation is expected soon. All those interested had a chance to obtain information on the programme, application technique and necessary rules.
