Malm\u00f6, Sweden, 28 November \u2013 On the occasion of the visit of the delegation of Republic of Serbia and Autonomous Province of Vojvodina to Sweden, a reception has been held for economists from the region of Malm\u00f6 at the Consulate of Republic of Serbia in Malm\u00f6. Mrs. Sne\u017eana Stoji\u0107, Consul, greeted the guests and expressed her gratitude to successful economists of Serbian origin, who accepted the invitation. \u201dThe Office for European Affairs has organized a presentation on economic and institutional capacities of our province, within its partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Serbia and the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Spatial Planning. In the course of the next few days, we are going to meet the most powerful economists of this part of Sweden, region of Halland. It is our wish to provide support for the inflow of foreign investments and to create common projects that will be financed from the EU funds. The Province of Vojvodina and Republic of Serbia want to be your reliable partners\u201d, said Predrag Novikov, Director of the Office for European Affairs.<\/p>\n

\u0110or\u0111e Jovanovi\u0107, Assistant to Minister of Environmental Protection, and Sini\u0161a Lazi\u0107, Provincial Secretary of Economy, also addressed the ones present. A lot of meetings are going to be held today with the economists and officials of the region of Halland, with which the Executive Council has successful cooperation. On the basis of that cooperation and through the Office for European Affairs, a large humanitarian aid delivery for the benefit of disabled persons has arrived to Vojvodina, cooperation among primary schools has been established, so that pupils could visit each other, and an educational centre, which is aimed at providing training for the unemployed, refugees, persons with disabilities and representatives of provincial administration, has been opened.<\/p>\n
