Main objective:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Improving accessibility and equal access to public health services for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes in rural cross-border area. The project will develop the services of mobile clinics in rural areas and access to e-consultation app and will introduce new health service in the programme area: nutrigenetic analysis and nutrition counselling (1500 ppl).<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Introduction of a new service in the area of the project: nutrition counselling,<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Communication between patients and healthcare professionals,<\/p>\n
