\n3. PoWER Platform for supporting a transnational long-term

\n2.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Construction of local networks among the key innovation actors, based on the activities carried out in the case-studies within port areas,
\n3.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Definition of a long-term institutional and strategic framework, for guaranteeing the effective transnational involvement of the actors in the evolution of ports into Innovation Hubs.<\/p>\n
