The IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Program Serbia – Bosnia and Herzegovina 2014-2020 <\/p>\n

The Government of the Republic of Serbia, Ministry of Finance, Department for Contracting and Financing of EU Funded Programmes (CFCU) in cooperation with the Ministry of European Integration of the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Directorate for European Integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina announces the First Call for Proposals.<\/p>\n

The First Call for Proposals for the following priority areas:<\/p>\n

2.1. Improving sustainable environmental planning and promotion of biodiversity<\/p>\n

3.2. Strengthening the cultural identity of the programme area, which shall be financed from the budget for Cross-border Programme Serbia \u2013 Bosnia and Herzegovina within IPA 2014, 2015, and 2016.<\/p>\n

An amount of EUR 5.4 million is allocated for the grants under this Call for Proposals. Beneficiaries are required to co-finance the project with the minimum of 15% of the total budget. Such co-financing must be from their own sources or donations outside the EU budget. The minimum grant is EUR 120,000.00 and maximum EUR 1,000,000.00.<\/p>\n

The Programme area includes the following:<\/p>\n

In Serbia, the eligible area is the territory of the following cities and municipalities: Srem district (Sremska Mitrovica, \u0160id, In\u0111ija, Irig, Ruma, Stara Pazova, Pe\u0107inci), Ma\u010dva district (\u0160abac, Bogati\u0107, Loznica, Vladimirci, Koceljevo, Mali Zvornik, Krupanj, Ljubovija), Zlatibor district (Bajina Ba\u0161ta, Kosjeri\u0107, U\u017eice, Po\u017eega, \u010cajetina, Arilje, Priboj, Nova Varo\u0161, Prijepolje, Sjenica) and Kolubara district (Valjevo, Ose\u010dina, Ub, Lajkovac, Mionica, Ljig).<\/p>\n

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the eligible area involes the territories of the following local self-government units: Br\u010dko district, Grada\u010dac, Doboj Istok, Gra\u010danica, Srebrenik, \u010celi\u0107, Lopare, Ugljevik, Donji \u017dabar, Domaljevac-\u0160amac, Modri\u010da, Od\u017eak, Osmaci, Banovi\u0107i, Bijeljina, Brod, Bratunac, Han Pijesak, Kalesija, Kladanj, Lukavac, Mili\u0107i, Ora\u0161je, Pelagi\u0107evo, Petrovo, Sapna, Srebrenica, \u0160amac, \u0160ekovi\u0107i, Teo\u010dak, Tuzla, Vlasenica, Vukosavlje, Zvornik, \u017divinice, Trnovo RS, Isto\u010dna Ilid\u017ea, Isto\u010dno Novo Sarajevo, Vogo\u0161\u0107a, Isto\u010dni Stari Grad, Vare\u0161, Visoko, Fojnica, Vi\u0161egrad, Rogatica, Sokolac, Pale, Pale Pra\u010da, Novo Gora\u017ede, Rudo, \u010cajni\u010de, Gora\u017ede, Fo\u010da Ustikolina, Fo\u010da, Kalinovik, Trnovo, Had\u017ei\u0107i, Ilid\u017ea, Novi Grad Sarajevo, Stari Grad Sarajevo, Ilija\u0161, Breza, Kiseljak, Kre\u0161evo, Olovo, Sarajevo Centar, Novo Sarajevo.<\/p>\n

The deadline for the submission of Summaries is 16 November 2017 (in the case of hand delivery, the deadline is 15:00 hrs on the same day). Applications submitted after this deadline will be excluded from the evaluation procedure.<\/p>\n
