Moreover, from September to November, local events are planned to take place across Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Entitled &#8220;Europe\u2019s regions and cities: Partners for investment and growth\u201c, the programme will be structured around three thematic priorities:<\/p>\n<p>1.)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Modernising Europe: The regions in the Energy Union and the single digital market;<\/p>\n<p>2.)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Regions open for business: Development of small and medium-sized enterprises, innovation and job creation;<\/p>\n<p>3.)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Places and spaces: Urban and rural development; urban-rural integration.<\/p>\n<p>Like previous year, the opening session on 12<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0October 2015 is open for online registration, so is the official reception on 13<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0October 2015.
