At the very beginning, the participants were introduced to EU programmes and the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance, with an emphasis on INTEREG IPA Cross-border Cooperation programmes.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the training was to enable the participants to independently formulate project proposals according to European Union funds, to learn to strategically position them within the pre-defined priorities and measures, as well as financial constraints.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the exercises, the participants designed five project idea proposals with which they have the opportunity to apply to INTEREG IPA Cross-border Cooperation programmes Hungary &#8211; Serbia, Croatia &#8211; Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina &#8211; Serbia.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the training,
