The training was attended by the employees from the Faculty of Sciences in Novi Sad, employees from the City Administration of the City of Novi Sad, Public Utility Company &#8220;Novosadska toplana&#8221; Beo\u010din, Matica Srpska, employees from Elementary School &#8220;23. Oktobar&#8221; from Sremski Karlovci and Elementary School &#8220;22. Avgust&#8221; from Bukovac, as well the representatives from the Council of Kikinda Independent Trade Unions.<br \/>\nAt the very beginning, the participants were informed about the European Union Programmes and the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance, with focus on the INTERREG IPA Programmes of Cross-border Cooperation. The essence of the training was to learn how to write a project proposal with the use of the logical framework approach and logical matrix, first through theory and then through hands-on experience, within which, overall and specific objectives, activities and results were defined, together with indicators, sources of verification and risks of a project.
