In the crowded great hall of the Assembly of AP Vojvodina, the conference “Vojvodina in 2019″ was held, attended by a number of officials of the AP Vojvodina and representatives of the diplomatic corps. Igor Mirovi\u0107, Presidents of the Provincial Government, and the Istv\u00e1n P\u00e1sztor, President of the Assembly of AP Vojvodina, welcomed the participants and reported on the progress of our province and the development plans for 2019.<\/p>\n

The conference was structured in panels on the following topics: Money Never Sleeps, View from the plain (participated by the mayors of Vojvodina towns), Perspectives of energy stability in 2019, Green Economy (about the opportunities and challenges of sustainable development), Sport & Business, as well as culture as an export product. The panel \u201cVojvodina, European Region” was very well-attended and the speakers were Ognjen Bjeli\u0107, Provincial Secretary for Regional Development, Interregional Cooperation and Local Self-Government, \u00a0the ambassadors of Croatia, Romania and the Czech Republic, and Aleksandar Simurdi\u0107, European Movement in Serbia. The progress of our province was underlined, especially through regional cooperation, which top was a number of European projects being implemented successfully by the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina.<\/p>\n
