Institutional capacity building of the Province for EU project development

To build the institutional capacities of provincial organs to use EU funds on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.

Expected results:

(1)    A two-day professional seminar for 25 representatives of provincial institutions (November 2012) held;

(2)    Two two-day seminars for 34 representatives of provincial institutions  (May and October of 2013) held;

(3)    Three two-day professional seminars for 37 representatives of provincial institutions (May, June and September of 2014) held;

(4)    Two three-day seminars for 46 representatives of provincial institutions  (May and Novemberof 2015) held.

Main activities:

(1)    Launch of the call for registration for professional seminars;

(2)    Professional seminars for groups of up to 25 attendees;

(3)    Evaluation of finished professional seminars;

(4)    Networking of provincial institutions;

(5)    Communication with attendees to provide additional information about EU programmes and ongoing calls

Target groups: Employees of the provincial secretariats, funds and agencies established by the  Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, Assembly of Autonomous Province of Vojvodina etc.
