Training "Financing possibilities through EU funds"

Learn to write projects! Increase the chances of financing your project!

In order to raise the institutional capacities of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina and all entities interested in applying for EU funds through projects, the “European Affairs” Fund of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina is implementing the training “Possibility of financing through EU funds” in the field of project cycle management and familiarization with all the elements and procedures necessary for formulating successful project proposals for applying to EU tenders.


We offer the possibility of creating educational content tailored to the requirements of organizations and participants, as well as practical and applicable knowledge that leads to the creation of successful project proposals.

The main goal of the training is for the participants to be trained in the management of European Union funds, learn independently to formulate project proposals and strategically position them within the framework of defined priorities and measures, as well as financial limitations. During the training, participants develop the skills and attitudes necessary to take an active role in the development and implementation of projects at the local and regional level.

The training “Possibility of financing through EU funds” will enable participants to timely identify successful project ideas, to be informed about current calls, as well as to overcome all difficulties when formulating and submitting project proposals.

After completing the training, participants will be able to:
  • independently translate the project idea into a project proposal according to EU requirements,
  • make a logical matrix of the project,
  • create a project budget according to the EU methodology,
  • create concrete project proposals in accordance with the rules of functioning and financing from pre-accession funds and programs of the European Union,
  • recognize the project proposal evaluation system,
  • compete in cross-border cooperation programs and other EU programs,
  • through European projects, they influence the improvement of their community.
Who are the trainings intended for?
  • State administration (government, provincial institutions, local governments, etc.),
  • Development agencies,
  • Chambers of Commerce,
  • Civil society organizations,
  • Educational institutions,
  • Scientific and research institutions,
  • Tourist organizations,
  • To all institutions that can apply as beneficiaries of EU funds.

The necessary number of participants per group is 15, and due to the successful functioning of the training
the maximum number is set at 25 participants per group.

The training is implemented using interactive learning methods that involve active participation during lectures, but also the application of acquired knowledge through practical examples and tasks that are set before the participants. Tasks are solved through work in small working groups (4-6 students per working group). Special printed material, as well as material and tasks from the training in electronic form, are provided to the participants, enabling them to more easily master and understand the topics and areas covered by the training.

Upon successful completion of the training, participants are awarded certificates from the “European Affairs” Fund of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina as proof of attending the training. The possibility of consultation with the Fund’s expert team is open during the training, as well as after its completion.

In addition to the existing live trainings, the Fund will also implement online trainings from now on. Lectures within the online training will be conducted during three working days, while during two additional working days the participants will do practical exercises.
