Two lectures held within the Specialist Program

On Friday, February 13, 2026, in Sremska Kamenica at Educons University, two lectures were held as part of the Project Management module, within the 11th and 12th cycles of the Specialist Program “Regional Development Management through EU Funds” implemented by the Fund for European Affairs and Development of the AP of Vojvodina in cooperation with Educons University.
The guest lecture was given by Mina Radmilović Pjevac, Head of the Sector for Cooperation with Regions and Regional Institutions of the Fund for European Affairs and Development of the AP of Vojvodina, on the topic: “EU Projects – from Vision to Control”. Branimir Blagojević, lawyer and public procurement expert, and Miloš Rajković, project manager at the Vojvodina Organic Agriculture Cluster, spoke on the topic “Project Implementation”.
The specialist program “Management of regional development through EU funds” has been an important instrument for strengthening the capacity of employees in local self-governments, provincial authorities, public enterprises, educational and cultural institutions, as well as civil society organizations for more than a decade. Through interactive lectures, field visits and study trips, participants acquire practical knowledge and skills that they directly apply in their work, and numerous successfully realized generations confirm the quality and lasting value of this Program.
