Presentation of the Creative Europe with special focus on the activities of the Antenna of Creative Europe Desk Serbia

The representatives of the European Affairs Fund of Autonomous Province of Vojvodina held an info day for the representatives of institutions and organizations of culture in Kanjiža Municipality on 14 September and in Sremska Mitrovica Municipality on 15 September in order to present the Creative Europe programme with special focus on the activities of the Antenna of Creative Europe Desk Serbia.

The attendees were informed about the main objectives and priorities of the Creative Europe, as well as the new cycle of training sessions that will be organized, so that the relevant institutions and stakeholders in the field of culture planning to apply under the Creative Europe, irrespective of whether they have participated in international cooperation projects or they are planning their international activities, could participate in the Creative Europe. Moreover, the presentation also involved the activities of the Antenna of Creative Europe Desk Serbia, which is an integral part of the European Affairs Fund of Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, aimed at providing information about the Creative Europe, furthermore assistance in partner search, project development, filling-in of application forms and better project visibility.

According to the assessment, the organisation of such meetings has been useful, especially for disseminating information and enhancing communication among institutions / organizations in the field of culture in order to increase their own capacity and establish cooperation through involvement and participation in the EU programme for culture and audio-visual art.
