Training course “Prospects of Financing through EU Funds” held at the Faculty of Technology
On the basis of the interest expressed by the Association ‘’Engineers without Borders – Serbia” in the preparation of EU projects, a three-day training course “Prospects of Financing through EU Funds”
On the basis of the interest expressed by the Association ‘’Engineers without Borders – Serbia” in the preparation of EU projects, a three-day training course “Prospects of Financing through EU Funds” has been held at the Faculty of Technology in Novi Sad. The Fund representatives presented the topic of project funding to the teaching and other staff of the Faculty, who recognised that type of funding as an opportunity for improving the work of their institution and introducing an international dimension into their work.
During the training, the participants could obtain information about the structure and manner of application under the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA) 2014-2020, with special focus on the CBC Programmes available to institutions of AP Vojvodina.
The tools recognised by the EU as the best ones for project idea development (the problem tree and objective tree development, stakeholder analysis, logical matrix, grouping of activities into working packages, as well as project budgeting) were used in the working groups. At the end of the training, the attendees were informed about the manner of filling in the application forms under CBC programmes and they developed their project ideas on different topics in order to be able to apply independently under future EU calls for proposals.
