Antonela Alvir, guest lecturer from the Republic of Croatia
Within the fourth cycle of the Specialised Programme “Management of Regional Development through EU funds“, the Programme participants attended the lecture “Project Management in the Context of EU Funds“ on Friday 11th May 2018.
Antonela Alvir, a guest lecturer from the Republic of Croatia, who has great experience in project development that she has gained for many years, informed the participants about some of the experience of the Republic Croatia in the pre-accession process, as well as after its EU accession. Ms Alvir also presented in detail the cycle of project development and implementation and indicated the mistakes that should be avoided when writing projects, submitting applications and implementing projects. The lecture was interactive since the participants posed questions and discussed the topic.
