9 contract for EU projects signed, in two of them the Fund is a partner

9 contracts for cross-border cooperation projects with Croatia, under the First Call for Proposals for the Interreg IPA Program Proposals, have been signed today at the Assembly of AP Vojvodina. The total value of the projects is EUR 7.6 million.

Today, two contracts were signed for projects in which the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina is a partner. These are “Mosquito Control in Cross-border Area (MOS-Cross)” and “EXPLoitation of Different Energy Resources for GREEN Energy Production (X Degree)”.

The Lead Beneficiary of the “MOS – Cross” project is the Public Health Institute Sombor, whereas the partners are the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina and the Institute for Public Health of the Osijek – Baranja County. The Lead Beneficiary of the “X DEGREE” project is the University of Novi Sad, and the partners are the Public Utility Company “Vodokanal“ Sombor, European Affairs Fund of APV, Vinkovic Water and Sewerage Ltd and Agricultural Institute Osijek.

“Mos – Cross” is financed under the first priority axis of the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Serbia 2014-2020 – “Improving the quality of public social and health services in the Programme area, while “X DEGREE” is financed under the second priority axis of the Interreg IPA program Cross-border cooperation Croatia-Serbia 2014-2020 – Protecting the environment and biodiversity, improving risk prevention and promoting sustainable energy and energy efficiency.
