Workshop “Innovation Management in SMEs – how are green innovations building competitive advantage” was organized within GREENSMES project on February 27th in the premises of ION Solutions.
Two-part programme, tailor-made for the companies that recognize transition as strategic priority and are ready to improve their innovation capacities, started with this workshop, and will be continued through mentoring work for selected companies.
Jasna Kovčin, who facilitate this workshop, explained why innovation is important, showed the bigger picture of investment in development, why are green innovations so important today, and informed about the four dimensions of innovation: innovation of the product, process innovation, position innovation, and paradigm innovation, among other things.
