The training course ’EU funding opportunities’

The European Affairs Fund of Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, in cooperation with the Foundation “Novi Sad 2021 – European Capital of Culture”, organized a three-day training for representatives of culture, from14 to 16 of October.
This time, the lectures were dedicated to the independent and non-institutional cultural and artistic scene in the city of Novi Sad, and talked about development processes – through the presentation of funding opportunities from European Union funds – and an introduction to the procedure of applying and writing projects. The main goal of the training is to enable participants to independently formulate project proposals and strategically position them within the defined priorities and measures, as well as financial constraints. Participants had the opportunity to learn how to translate their ideas into European projects, using a logical framework and the logical matrix itself. On the last day of the training, the participants got acquainted with the basics of project budgeting, as well as with parts of the application form for applying for available European Union funds.
