The fourth joint project team meeting of the “Virtual and Cultural Tourism – ViCTour” project

As part of the implementation of the “Virtual and Cultural Tourism – ViCTour” project, co- funded under the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia – Serbia 2014-
2020, the fourth project meeting was held at the premises of the European Affairs Fund  of AP Vojvodina in Novi Sad on 16 July 2018.

The participants were welcomed on behalf of the Fund, by Ivana Đurica, Assistant Director.
The discussion touched upon timely implementation of project activities and proper spending of budget funds. All partner institutions: Vukovar-Srijem County, Tourist Board of Vukovar-Srijem County, Faculty of Economics in Subotica – University of Novi Sad, Tourist Organization of Vojvodina and European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina, reported on the activities conducted in the third period and activities foreseen to be implemented until the end of the year. In order for these and all other project activities to be implemented smoothly, they need to be well planned, monitored regularly and, if necessary, adapted to new situations in the project.
It was concluded that the implementation of the project so far had proceeded in the right direction and that close cooperation was needed to implement the future planned activities.
