Certificates awarded to the participants of the Specialised Programme

Forty participants of the sixth generation of the Specialised Programme “Management of Regional Development through EU Funds“ received certificates yesterday, which officially ended this cycle.
István Pásztor, President of the Assembly of AP Vojvodina, Vidosava Enderić, Director of the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina, and Nebojša Drakulić. Assistant Provincial Secretary at Provincial Secretary for Regional Development, Interregional Cooperation and Local Self-Government addressed the participants.

While addressing the participants of the Programme, President Pásztor emphasized that he is very proud of the success and lengthiness of this project, and as the Chairman of the Managing Board of the European Affairs Fund, he can assess with pleasure, that this is a very important education and creation of the network of people who can in a certain way cope with the process of EU integrations.

“Now we almost have 250 people from the whole AP Vojvodina who completed this Specialised Programme and gained certain knowledge and skills that can contribute to the development of their area, through EU Programmes. There were not too many of such programmes until now, but there will be more of them as we advance on the path of EU integrations, and it is very important that we have trained human resources, who are competent to get along with that process“, stressed President Pásztor, and added that this project can even now be marked as the “dissemination of knowledge marathon”.

At the ceremony, Vidosava Enderić, Director of the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina brought attention to the fact that, as in the previous years, the participants of the sixth generation of this Programme successfully adopted knowledge and skills that will enable them to contribute to the regional development of AP Vojvodina, principally through the process of active use of the EU funds.

Nebojša Drakulić. Assistant Provincial Secretary at Provincial Secretary for Regional Development, Interregional Cooperation and Local Self-Government also attended the ceremony of certificate award, and he drew attention to the fact that the funds which the Provincial Government and the Secretariat allocate for this project have been more than reasonably invested because the human resources are educated who can professionally contribute to the EU integrations of our country and progress of their local areas.

With the support from the Provincial Government, the European Affairs Fund organizes this Programme, in cooperation with the Educons University, and this year, 42 participants from provincial institutions and secretariats, local self-governments, public and public utility companies, cultural institutions and civil society organisations from the territory of AP Vojvodina ended it successfully.
