Forum Creative Europe 2015 at Kolarac
In order to inform the wider cultural audience on the main EU programme for culture, Creative Europe and pass on an important message that a good idea and will were necessary for successful provision of EU funds, the Desk Creative Europe Serbia organized the Forum Creative Europe 2015 in Belgrade on 27th and 28th April 2015.
The Forum gathered more than hundred representatives of institutions, organisations and individuals engaged in culture, as well as the Antenna of Desk of Creative Europe Serbia, seated at the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina. The programme involved presentations and debate about projects that obtained funding under Creative Europe, “speed dating” with professionals in culture, exhibitions, concerts, as well as presentations on different sources of funding available in the field of culture, work of foreign cultural centres in Serbia, and European prizes for architecture and literature.
The Forum was held at Ilija M. Kolarac Endowment given that the institution participated in the Creative Europe programme with its project “Kolarac – Take Over“, whose principal objective was to “conquer Kolarac“ and enlighten the audience. On that occasion, Kolarac opened more than twenty of its well-known premises but also completely unknown ones, and hosted new and different types of audience. The participants in the Forum Creative Europe 2015 could obtain information, seek advice and exchange ideas on new projects, have fun and meet a number of colleagues and associates in the field of culture.
