– “The Autonomous Province of Vojvodina wants to be an active and reliable partner to our neighboring regions. The Danube is the river that has been connecting and gathering people for centuries on our continent. We wish that the Danube would become a river that will connect and not separate people in the future. During the festival in Germany, we are going to present our potentials, especially in the field of science, tourism, culture and projects with which we are going to apply for pre-accession funds of the European Union. Moreover, at the same conference, the European Danube Academy will officially be inaugurated, which represents a new platform for cooperation in the field of science, culture and communication in the Danube region”, said Predrag Novikov, Director of the Office for European Affairs.
