End of training in European project writing at PWMC “Vode Vojvodine“
After the completion of the training course “EU Funding Opportunities“, the successful trainees were awarded a certificate by the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina and PWMC “Vode Vojvodine“ at the premises of PWMC “Vode Vojvodine“ in Novi Sad.
In the first part of the training course, the trainees could obtain information on the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA), cross-border cooperation (CBC) programmes available to institutions in the territory of AP Vojvodina and project cycle management. Within interactive workshops, key topics of importance for project development were addressed: stakeholder analysis, problem identification and setting of project objectives by means of objectives tree and problem tree, planning phase (overall objective, specific objectives, project results and activities) and logical framework approach, whilst the filling in of logical matrix was done on the basis of trainees’ project ideas in accordance with their institution’s objectives and priorities. In the second part the training course, the workshops were focused on budget development in line with EU principles, as well as on the evaluation and selection of project proposals. During the training course, the participants could also consult the team of the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina specialised in projects. The main goal of the training course was to equip the attendees to develop project proposals independently and obtain knowledge and skills necessary for taking on an active role in the use of EU pre-accession funds.
