OASIS Youth Summer Camp

As part of the “Kistelek – Magyarkanizsa complementary touristic development based on natural resources as interconnected diverse elements of the regional touristic system – ОАSIS” project, the OASIS Youth Summer Camp was officially opened in Kanjiža on 15 August 2019.

The attendees were addressed by Róbert Fejsztámer, Mayor of Kanjiža, and Milinka Hrćan, Assistant Provincial Secretary for National Minorities – National Communities.

During the summer camp, 160 young people from 16 secondary schools, from 15 municipalities of AP Vojvodina, will have the opportunity to meet the different challenges the camp offers from 15th to 22nd August 2019.

The innovative sports competitions will aim to strengthen and nurture fair play, team spirit and tolerance. Eleven games of agility, skills and orienteering races are only some of the activities the youth summer camp has to offer, and in addition, this will be a great opportunity for young people to socialize and broaden their scope of acquaintances.
