Training in Inđija to use EU funds
At the invitation of Inđija Municipality, the representatives of the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina have held the first part of a five-day training course aimed at representatives of municipal institutions and public companies, which topic was the development of successful European projects. The training under the title “Prospects of Financing through EU Funds” involved a number of presentations and workshops and the attendees could obtain detailed information about the criteria and procedures to apply for EU funds. The training is divided in two sessions, where through interactive workshops, the attendees develop with the trainers potential project proposals as an exercise. After the completion of the five-day training course, the participants will be able to transform on their own their project ideas into concrete projects, in compliance with all EU regulations.
The first training session was held 26-27 July 2012, when the Fund’s representatives informed the participants about the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA) and available cross-border cooperation programmes, as well as about the methodology of project cycle management. The topics presented and covered involved the identification of problems and setting of objectives by means of objective tree and problem tree, stakeholder analysis and logical framework. The second part of the training will be held on 7-9 August 2012.
