Seminar “Creative Europe – Cooperation Projects“ held at the Center for Economic and Technological Development of AP Vojvodina in Andrevlje

The seminar on project proposal development under Creative Europe, held at the Centre for Economic and Technological Development of AP Vojvodina in Andrevlje on 16th and 17th September 2015, was attended by 25 representatives of 17 institutions and organizations from Serbia.

Among the participants were representatives of the Academy of Arts of the University of Novi Sad, “Druid Group” organization from Novi Sad, “Flow&etc” organization from Stara Pazova, “Artrust” organization from Subotica, Gallery of Matica Srpska from Novi Sad, Centre for the production of knowledge and skills from Novi Sad, “Kamisibaj” paper theatre from Vršac, “Octopus” association from Belgrade, “Kikinda Short” association from Kikinda, Centre for the promotion of human and minority rights and sustainable development “Human District“ from Belgrade, Centre for Visual Arts from Šumatovačka 122 Belgrade, “Ujvideki Szinhaz” theatre from Novi Sad, citizens’ association – Educational impulse from Bečej, city library of Pančevo, municipal national library “Veljko Petrovic“ from Žabalj, the Institute for Culture of Ruthenians in Vojvodina from Novi Sad, Gallery Bel Art from Novi Sad and “Etnofest” organization from Subotica.

 

The programme of the seminar involved the presentation on Creative Europe with a special focus on the ongoing open call for European cooperation projects, presentation on the application procedures and necessary documentation, project idea and concept development, where focus was put on the international structure and European dimension of projects, presentation on creative strategies, i.e. manner of project idea development in culture and arts, project management, financial planning and budget definition principles. By presenting their project proposals and through an active analysis and discussion with the lecturers, the participants of the seminar could obtain suggestions and specific advice, so as to develop and improve certain project elements, and so that the proposed projects could match the goals and priorities of Creative Europe to the greatest possible extent.

The lecturers at the seminar were the team members of the Antenna of Creative Europe Desk Serbia, Dragana Srećkov, Jovana Rapajić and Luka Kulić, as well as Prof. Jovan Čekić PhD from the Faculty of Media and Communications from Belgrade and Marija Popović.
