The third project meeting of the Mos-Cross2 project was held
The meeting was attended by members of the project team, the Institute of Public Health of Osijek-Baranja County (leading partner), representatives of the Institute of Public Health Sombor, the Institute of Public Health of Požega-Slavonia County, representatives of the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina and the Institute of Public Health of Vojvodina .
Deputy Director, Ivana Đurica greeted all those present in front of the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina. Sanja Čuturilov Veselinović, Public Procurement Coordinator, presented the current activities of the Fund and the upcoming activities within the project. The partners have agreed on the dates for the upcoming trainings: 26-27.05.2022. in Sombor and 07-08.07.2022. in Osijek. The trainings will be held by experts with whom the contract was signed by the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina.
On behalf of the Institute of Public Health of Vojvodina, prof. Dr. Sanja Bijelović presented what was done in the previous period, as well as what is planned in the future 4th period, such as the holding of a round table for Local Self-Government Units, June 3, 2022. years in Novi Sad.
Dr. Dragoslava Čubrilo stated on behalf of the Public Health Institute in Sombor that mosquito billboards had been set up.
Dalibor Puharić B.Sc. on behalf of the Public Health Institute of Požega-Slavonia County, the Sanitary Engineer briefly presented what had been done in the previous period and what was planned. A two-day training was held in Požega from March 24-25, 2022. Education was provided in schools and nursing homes. Equipment (billboards, traps, laboratory equipment) was procured. The installation of billboards for mosquitoes is planned for June 2022.
The project manager, Magdalena Sikora, on behalf of the Teaching Institute for Public Health of Osijek-Baranja County, pointed out that care must be taken that the places for traps and billboards for mosquitoes must not overlap. She emphasized her satisfaction in working and cooperating with all project partners.
