The sixth joint project team meeting of the “Virtual and Cultural Tourism” project

Within the “Virtual and Cultural Tourism – ViCTour” project, co- funded under the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia – Serbia 2014-

2020, the sixth project meeting was held at Faculty of Economics in Subotica 3 December 2018 to assess the implemented activities in the previous period and to prepare a plan for the following one.

The participants were welcomed by Pere Tumbas, project team member of the Faculty of Economics and Magdalena Parat, project manager.

The discussion touched upon timely implementation of project activities and proper spending of budget funds. All partner institutions: Vukovar-Srijem County, Tourist Board of Vukovar-Srijem County, Faculty of Economics in Subotica – University of Novi Sad, Tourist Organization of Vojvodina and European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina, reported on the activities conducted in the third period and activities foreseen to be implemented in the following reporting period. In order for the project activities to be implemented smoothly, they need to be well-planned, monitored regularly and, if necessary, adapted to new situations in the project, involving close cooperation among the project partners.
