A new office of the Italian region of Friuli Venezia Giulia has been opened in Novi Sad

A new office of Friuli Venezia Giulia has been opened at the Master Centre of the Novi Sad Fair on 11 May 2009, on the basis of cooperation between the Office for European Affairs and Italian partners. The members of the administration of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina and Friuli Venezia Giulia were present at the opening.

“A considerable number of activities have been realised to promote economic, cultural and other types of cooperation between the two regions. Several tens of companies from the north of Italy are exhibiting at the Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad, which is a solid ground for strengthening full commercial cooperation. In the following period, we are going to focus on the realization of new European projects, especially in the field of innovation, new technology development, education and administration capacity building”, said Predrag Novikov, Director of the Office for European Affairs.
