Opening ceremony of the Programme “Management of Regional Development through EU Funds”

The start of the new generation of the Programme “Management of Regional Development through EU Funds” has been marked at the Faculty of Economics in Novi Sad. The Programme is being implemented jointly by the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina and Faculty of Economics in Subotica, with the support of the Provincial Government of Vojvodina.

The participants, coming from the provincial secretariats, local self-governments, development agencies, schools, public enterprises and civic associations, i.e. institutions eligible for the development, application submission and implementation of EU projects, were welcomed by Ognjen Bjelić, Provincial Secretary for Regional Development, Interregional Cooperation and Local Self-government, Aleksandar Grubor PhD, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Vidosava Enderić, Director of the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina.

This generation is comprised of 45 participants, and the following four modules: Economics, law and policies of the European Union and the accession process; Management of local and regional development; Programmes of the European Union and Project Management will be covered involving 200 lessons. Their lecturers will be renowned professors and experts who have successfully been engaged in EU projects for years.
