Project partner meeting within the “European Network for the Cohesion and Solidarity in Rural Areas – ENSuRe” held in Italy

The representatives of the European Affairs Fund of the AP Vojvodina, Sanja Čuturilov Veselinović and Milan Čežek, members of the ENSURE project team attended the fourth project team meeting within the “European Network for Economic Cohesion and Solidarity in rural areas – ENSURE“ project in Pesaro, Italy, 15-17 October 2018.
The event brought together participants from Slovenia, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Bulgaria, Latvia, Greece, Italy, Hungary and Romania. A series of workshops were held, in which the partners discussed the future of the Common Agricultural Policy, know-how and innovations in organic agriculture and the rural development of the Marche region in Italy. The participants also touched upon Euroscepticism, issues related to the views of citizens of the member states and candidate countries on that topic.
On the last day, there was a visit to the organic farm “Il Conventino”, which produced and processed organic olives and grapes, making organic cold-pressed olive oil and organic wines from different grape varieties.
The following partner meeting, which is also the last one before the project ends, is expected mid next year.
