On EU funds in Kovačica

At the invitation of the Kovačica Municipality, the representatives of the European Affairs Fund-AP Vojvodina have held a presentation on the importance of EU funds and prospects of financing successful projects. Mina Radmilović, the Fund’s representative, held a presentation on the current Call under the Romania-Serbia Cross-border Cooperation Programme for the representatives of the local authority, as well as of institutions and citizens’ associations from the territory of the municipality. The recently opened Call offers prospects for financing projects in the field of socio-economic development, as well as projects focusing on water and waterways management, up to the amount of 2.000.000 EUR.

The necessity for training and need for active participation was recognized by the representatives of the local authority, public institutions, local communities, schools and other associations, after which future cooperation between Kovačica Municipality and European Affairs Fund-AP Vojvodina was discussed.
