On European prospects in Pančevo

The representatives of the European Affairs Fund-AP Vojvodina, Mina Radmilović and Dražen Lovrić have held a presentation on the prospects of financing through EU programmes at Pančevo Municipality. The attendees could obtain information on EU programmes to be open in 2011 and their priorities.

In addition, the presentation also included the programmes currently open, such as CIP, PROGRESS, ECF, ORIO, as well as the function of Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA), with focus on cross-border cooperation programmes. The presence of school head teachers, representatives of town administration, representatives of the Office for Local Economic Development, secretary of City of Pančevo and a lot of others proved that the topic was of interest. Institutions in the territory of Pančevo municipality were especially interested in establishing cooperation which would start with training in EU funded project writing, application process and operation of European programmes.
