The delegation of Lubusz Voivodeship of Poland in a meeting at the Fund

Within the framework of their first official visit to AP Vojvodina, the delegation of the Lubusz Voivodeship from Poland, led by Tadeusz Jędrzejczak, member of the Board of the Lubusz Voivodeship, visited the European Affairs Fund of the AP Vojvodina, where the director Vidosava Enderić and her associates received them.

During the visit of the Polish colleagues, Igor Mirović, President of the Provincial Government, in a conversation with Mr. Jędrzejczak, discussed the options for cooperation between the two regions, whereas the opportunities for cooperation in EU project development were discussed at the Fund. Namely, Lubusz Voivodeship has been successful in cross-border cooperation with Germany, especially with the federal states of Saxony and Brandenburg.

The meeting in the Fund was attended by Zbyszek Zaborowski, Director of the Office for International Cooperation and European Territorial Cooperation and their associate Kamila Rybska. The guest were particularly interested in the previous successful European projects, about which Director Enderić informed them in detail. Exchange of experiences in EU project development was agreed for the forthcoming period, given that the Polish experts had been successful in attracting EU funds in the pre-accession period. Moreover, the representatives of the province of Vojvodina were invited to visit examples of good practice in the Lubusz.
