Training course „Resource and proejct cycle management“ at Hemofarm A.D.

In cooperation with the Vojvodina Chamber of Commerce and Hemofarm AD, the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina held a three-day training course on project development for the employees of Hemofarm AD in Vršac from 16th to 18th September.

The course was opened by the Director General of Hemofarm, dr Ronald Seeliger, and the participants were also addressed by Mr Čedomir Živković, President of Vršac Municipality, Prof. Dr Dragomir Marisavljević, Advisor to the Director General, Mrs Ivana Đurica, Deputy Director of the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina and Dr Jovan Vujičić, of the Association of Energy and Chemical Industry of the Vojvodina Chamber of Commerce.

The training course in Vršac was held in cooperation with the Vojvodina Chamber of Commerce and its topic was project development, with special focus on Horizon 2020. Within the action, the training was attended by 22 participants of Hemofarm. The employees of the Office for Local and Regional Development of Vršac Municipality also shared their experience.

During the training, the participants were presented with the project cycle management and possible sources of funding under the cross-border cooperation programme. It was followed by stakeholder analysis and development of logical framework with the tools used for project idea development. The second day was dedicated to filing in the logical matrix, trainees’ preparation and tasks, whereas the third day was aimed at presenting Horizon 2020 to the trainees and examples of projects funded under the programme in the previous period.
