As a part of the project “Ring for Europe“, which has been supported by the German Friedrich Ebert Foundation and the European Movement in Serbia (EpuS) for nine years, and since this year also by the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina, the pupils of “Jovan Jovanović Zmaj“ Grammar School from Novi Sad have visited the Fund. The project is aimed at providing non-formal education to secondary school pupils in the values of the European Union, its structure and history, as well as the challenges for our country in the process of European integration.

The presentation “The institutions of the European Union” aimed at informing the pupils about the specific institutional system of the European Union, the structure and competencies of the European Parliament, European Council and European Commission, and the work of the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina and Vojvodina European Office in Brussels. There discussion also touched upon the opportunities for young people in education by informing secondary school pupils about the programs and funds of the European Union in that area.
