On European cooperation in the municipalities of Sečanj and Nova Crnja
On 17th April 2019, the representatives of the European Affairs Fund of the AP Vojvodina, Milan Čežek, Zoran Pavić and Teodor Milkov Manić visited the municipality of Nova Crnja, where they were welcomed by Danica Stričević, President of the Municipal Assembly of Nova Crnja.
An agreement was made to continue the successful cooperation between the Fund and the municipality. After the meeting, the lecture “Get to know the EU” was given to the seventh-grade pupils in the municipality of Nova Crnja, which was held at the municipal great hall. Prior to the lecture, the pupils, their teachers and the head teacher of the elementary of Nova Crnja were addressed by Danica Stričević, President of the Municipal Assembly of Nova Crnja.
In the municipality of Nova Crnja, another lecture “Get to know the EU” was held at the elementary school “Đura Jakšić” of Srpska Crnja.
Moreover, in the period from 15th to 18th April 2019, the representatives of the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina held the lecture in the following elementary schools of the municipality of Sečanj: “Braća Stefanović” of Neuzin, “Veljko Đuričin” of Jarkovac, “Žarko Zrenjanin” of Boka and “Vuk Karadžić” of Konak. The representatives of EU Info Point Novi Sad: Jovana Zdjelarević, Aleksandra Kapetanović and Duška Latas also participated in the lectures. Оn 18th April 2019, a meeting was held with Maria Harmat, coordinator of the “European Village” event, regarding the cooperation at the event, which was attended by Jovana Zdjelarević, EU Info Point Novi Sad, as well as the Fund’s representatives: Milan Čežek, Zoran Pavić and Teodor Milkov Manić.
