The fifth joint project team meeting within the “Mosquito Control in Cross-Border Area – MOS-Cross” project

In the framework of the “Mosquito Control in Cross-border Area – MOS-Cross” project, the fifth project team meeting was held at the Institute of Public Health for the Osijek-Baranja County in Osijek on 28 November 2018. The objective of the meeting was to review activities in the past third reporting period and the ones in the ongoing fourth reporting period, as well as discuss the issues related to the project implementation. The meeting was attended by all project team members of the Public Health Institute Sombor, Institute of Public Health for the Osijek-Baranja County and the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina.

The “Mosquito Control in Cross-border Area – MOS-Cross” project , which is aimed at improving the public health services in the West Bank District and the Osijek-Baranja County regarding early detection of mosquito-borne diseases by improving cross-border mosquito surveillance and control, is co-financed under the INTERREG IPA CBC Croatia-Serbia 2014-2020, which encourages the strengthening of the social, economic and territorial development of the cross-border area through the implementation of joint projects and activities.
