The third joint project team meeting of the “Virtual and Cultural Tourism – ViCTour” project

As part of the implementation of the “Virtual and Cultural Tourism – ViCTour” project, co-funded under the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia – Serbia 2014-2020, the third project meeting was held at the premises of the small county hall in Vukovar on 20 February 2018.

The participants were welcomed on behalf of the Vukovar-Srijem County, by Magdalena Parat, Project Manager of the ViCtour project.

The discussion touched upon timely implementation of project activities and proper spending of budget funds. In order for these and all other project activities to be implemented smoothly, they need to be well planned, monitored regularly and, if necessary, adapted to new situations in the project.

All partner institutions: the Tourist Board of Vukovar-Srijem County, European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina, Tourist Organization of Vojvodina, Faculty of Economics in Subotica – University of Novi Sad and Vukovar-Srijem County, as the Lead Beneficiary, reported on the activities conducted in the second period.

It was concluded that the implementation of the project so far had proceeded in the right direction and that close cooperation was needed to implement the future planned activities.
