Training course “Project preparation within the Creative Europe Programme-Cultural Cooperation Projects in the Western Balkans“
Antenna of Creative Europe Culture Desk Serbia organised a two-day training course aimed at applying for the new call for proposal under the Creative Europe Programme-Cultural Cooperation Projects in the Western Balkans that was held on 2 and 3 March 2020 in the Center for Economic and Technological Development of Vojvodina in Andrevlje.
Institutions and organisations from Serbia which plan to apply for the new call within the Creative Europe Programme-Cultural Cooperation Projects in the Western Balkans attended the training.
During the training course, following topics have been covered: Мission of the Creative Europe Programme and propositions of the competition to support Cultural Cooperation Projects in the Western Balkans; Financial planning and project management; Grading and evaluation; Competition procedure and advices. Moreover, every institution presented their own project idea. The attendees mostly liked the interactive work and the fact that they had an opportunity, before submitting the application, to present their ideas and discuss about them.
The goal of the training was to learn how to prepare to apply for the Creative Europe Programme-Cultural Cooperation Projects in the Western Balkans, to raise the programme-organisational capacity of Serbian institutions and organisations, as well as to contribute to the demetropolisation in the field of culture. In addition, training was organised to promote communication, cooperation and exchange of experience of representatives of cultural institutions and organisations from Serbian cities and municipalities.
