The training for preparing project proposals for the Creative Europe programme with international networking

The training for preparing project proposals for the Creative Europe programme with international networking will be held from 24 to 27 February 2026 in Belgrade, organized by the Creative Europe Desk Serbia. The four-day program is dedicated for organizations and institutions from Serbia operating in the field of culture, creative industries and related sectors, and who wish to improve their knowledge and practical skills for preparing quality project applications within this European Union program.

The training is designed as an intensive support program for organizations planning to apply for Creative Europe calls, with a special focus on the upcoming European Cooperation Projects (COOP2026) call, which is expected to be published in February. The program represents a good preparation for all those who want to develop project ideas and access the application process in a timely manner.

The training is tailored to:

  • organizations preparing their first application,
  • as well as those who already have experience in international projects and want to improve the quality of their proposals.

During the four days of work, participants will learn about:

  • key steps in developing a project idea
  • creating a logical project structure (objectives, target groups, activities, results, indicators)
  • basics of budget planning
  • developing international partnerships
  • dissemination strategies and ensuring project impact

The work will take place interactively, through practical exercises and the development of specific project ideas by participants, along with the analysis of examples of good practice from previously supported projects.

International Networking

A special segment of the training will be dedicated to international networking and partnership building. During the networking session, participants will present their project ideas to colleagues from the four Creative Europe Desks in other countries, who can help them find suitable partner organisations.

This part of the programme will be held in English.

The training is led by project managers of the Creative Europe Desk Serbia, with the participation of an experienced foreign trainer with many years of experience in preparing and managing projects supported through the Creative Europe program.
