The lecture “History and the Creation of the European Union” has come to an end

On 20 April 2018, the last two lectures were held at the “Kočić” Elementary School of Despotovac and “First October” Elementary School of Botoš within the framework of the “European Village” event.
The lectures were attended by four pupils from Despotovac and 54 fourth-, fifth- and sixth-grade pupils of the elementary school of Botoš.
The representatives of the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina presented to the pupils the history and origins of the European Union and answered the pupils’ questions on the EU.
The pupils showed good knowledge of the geography of Europe, listened keenly to the lecture on the EU and paid attention to it.
This last lecture has rounded off the successful visits to the schools of Zrenjanin district and future encounters and co-operation have been agreed in the coming years. The representatives of the European Affairs of AP of Vojvodina will also participate in the “European Village” event, to be held on in Zrenjanin on10 May 2018.
