Training course in Bačka Palanka Cultural Center

The representatives of the European Affairs Fund of AP Vojvodina held a three-day training course from 10 -12 June 2020 in Bačka Palanka Cultural Center. This is the fourth training in a row, which has been organised since the beginning of this year. The training was attended by the employees of the Municipality of Bačka Palanka and employees of the very cultural center. At the very beginning, the attendees were informed about the EU Programmes and the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance with the accent on the INTERREG IPA CBC Programmes. Participants learned which institutions have the opportunity, through cooperation with partner institutions from the region, as well as joint writing of project proposals, to apply for grants from EU funds.

The aim of the training was to write a project proposal using a logical framework and logical matrix approach – first through theory and then through hands-on experience – within which general and specific goals, activities and results were defined, as well as indicators, sources of verification and project risks. On the last day of the training, the participants were introduced to project budgeting – which they practically mastered through examples. At the end of the training, 3 excellent project idea proposals were designed with which to apply to some of the available INTERREG IPA Cross-border Cooperation programmes. Upon completion of the training, participants were awarded certificates.
