OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAM
General objective:
Strengthening good neighborly relations, establishing partnerships and contributing to the development of a vital program by connecting people and resources in a sustainable way.
Specific objectives:
TP 1: Promoting employment, labor mobility and social and cultural inclusion across borders
SC 1.1. Improving skills and creating employment opportunities in promising sectors
SC 1.2. Development of an inclusive society
TP 2: Encouraging tourism and cultural and natural heritage
2.1. Mobilization of cultural and natural resources for joint development of products and destinations for sustainable tourism
2.2. Encouraging joint risk management systems for natural and cultural sites, as well as human settlements, including disaster or emergency preparedness
TP 3: Technical assistance
3.1. Ensuring effective, efficient, transparent and timely implementation of the Program and raising awareness

COUNTRIES PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM
Republic of Serbia:
- Jablanički district: City of Leskovac and the municipalities of Bojnik, Lebane, Medveđa, Vlasotince and Crna Trava
- Pčinjski district: City of Vranje with two city municipalities: Vranje and Vranjska Banja, and the municipalities of Vladičin Han, Surdulica, Bosilegrad, Trgoviste, Bujanovac and Preševo
Republic of North Macedonia:
- Northeastern region: Kratovo, Lipkovo, Kumanovo, Staro Nagoričane, Rankovce and Kriva Palanka municipalities
- region of Skopje: the municipalities of Aračinovo, Čučer Sandevo, Ilinden, Petrovec, Sopište, Studeničani, Zelenikovo and the city of Skopje, and the municipalities of Butel, Gjorce Petrov and Saraj of the city of Skopje
